Remote Support Steps

Click the "Get Remote Support Now" below to download the remote application.
Choose the option to save the file in your Downloads folder.
The file name is TeamViewerQS.exe
Navigate to your downloads folder and double click the application to run.
Click the checkbox to accept the EULA and the DPA, then click Continue.
The remote control window will pop-up and display your ID and password.
You will need to provide the representative with the ID and password to allow a one-time remote session to your computer.
