All sales are final. Refunds and returns are only eligible at the manufacturer's discretion. All post sales warranty related issues must be handled between the purchaser/customer and the manufacturer, unless an agreement has been made between Fuselogix L.L.C. and the purchaser/customer. Any damages to items which may have occurred during shipping, must be reported to Fuselogix L.LC. within 1 Week of receiving the delivery. The manufacturer will make a decision regarding the delivery of the damaged items.

All warranties are based off the products purchased and provided by the manufacturer. Generally most hardware/software products provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty; additional warranty extensions can typically be added to the requested product if available.  Purchasing through a reseller will generally save you up 60% as opposed to buying direct from the manufacturer or other online stores.

A reseller is a licensed business that is partnered with a manufacturer to sell their products. Most IT business products cannot be purchased directly through the manufacturer require the purchase to be made directly through a reseller.

The benefits of purchasing from a reseller is the savings in volume purchasing.  Most product requests that are valued in $5k MSRP or more will generally receive a discount of up to 60% off.   

Buying direct from the manufacturer or a retailer like Amazon or Best Buy, will only provide you with a minimal discount.  Buying from a retailer will also not provide any bulk discounts or extended services from the manufacturer.

Volume purchasing is sometimes defined as purchasing a substantial number of products to receive the lowest price.  This is NOT completely true! But is does increase the discount if you have the purchasing power.  Most product requests that are valued in $5k MSRP or more will generally receive a discount of up to 60%.  Computer requests however are generally $50k in MSRP pricing to receive substantial discounts.  Product requests can be a mix and match, you do need to purchase all the same models to reach the minimum threshold.  

Example:  Lenovo THINKCENTRE M920Z - Intel I7/16GB Memory/256GB SSD/ 5-year warranty with Accidental damage and Premier onsite support.  · MSRP $1663.80  · 30 devices or other Lenovo products would need to be quoted to reach the minimum of $50k to be eligible for discounts

Unfortunately we do not warehouse any inventory and this goes the same for many resellers. If you do need products in a timely manner, we can escalate the request to  expedite the  delivery.
